The two most common reasons why a freelancer may have switched their job would be either getting away from something or going toward something. Remote workers who didn’t have a negative experience with their previous jobs have higher chances to get back to them, especially if they didn’t get what they expected through freelancing.
Workers who haven’t been happy with their jobs should think if the conditions have changed. If those have changed, a brighter future may be expected.

Almost all remote workers claim that contributing to something bigger than themselves is a great purpose to work. Of course, it doesn’t have to be something big, but freelancers should definitely like they have an important role in different projects. Another interesting fact shows that 28% of workers would go back to their previous job if the leader has changed.

An important thing everything thinks about is quality of life and its relation to work. Numerous freelancers worldwide claim that their life has improved in value since they started working online. If that didn’t happen, it’s a good idea to go back to the previous job.
