Fiverr is a two sided oriented marketplace  platform for people to buy and sell a variety of digital services typically offered by freelance contractors. The platform offers about 200 categories including writing, translation, design, programming, video editing, digital marketing, music, mobile app, and many others.

The selection of jobs is based on predefined offers of smaller jobs that are completed quickly, called gigs. Services are generally divided into three levels - Basic, Standard and Premium.
Price starts from US$5, and can go up to thousands of dollars with gig extras. Most freelancers have turnaround times of 48 hours or less. If you want a job done in the shortest possible time, you can pay extra.

Fiverr profiles are loaded with reviews from previous clients, average response time, and a portfolio of past work. You can also check out what other gigs they have on offer. All payments are made upfront and held in escrow. Marketplace platform will not release funds until the work is approved. If the work doesn’t meet standards, client can give freelancer the chance to resubmit work or cancel the order.
