You will be contacted by a Prolancer relationship manager to find out more about the project, your business and the resources you need.
2. Your relationship manager will find, estimate, interview and send you a shortlist of resources for final interview together with technical test reports and portfolios.
3. Conduct final interviews and hire the best match.
Built-in suite of tools for project, budget and talent management are available within Prolancer to improve remote teamwork collaboration.
All project payments are secured via escrow accounts and you pay only for the invoices that you approve.

Sign up and complete your prolancer profile.
Add your expertise, experience and portfolio. Your Prolancer profile is visible to potential hirers.
2. Submit proposals & get matched.
Browse projects and submit proposals explaining why you are the right candidate for the project.
When your proposal or profile matches with a project, you will be contacted by a relationship manager to confirm your eligibility for a job.
Suitable candidates will be passed to the hirer for further interview.
3. Start working.
When you’re selected for a job you can start work immediately.
Depending on your agreement with the hirer, you can raise invoices for each completed milestone or wait until you complete the entire project.
Payments and contracts are protected on Prolancer. This platform use a secure escrow system for payments.
Service fee charges will be deducted from the total amount that is transferred from a Project’s escrow account into a Prolancer’s account.
